You can use the menu bar on the left to select the respective catalogs from our entire range. In the catalogues, you will first see an overview of a selection of products. At the end of each product overview page, you can switch to the next page with other products or jump to other pages directly via the page number (as with search engines). With each product you have the option of placing it directly in the shopping cart or by clicking on the image or the "More details" button to see an enlarged view and a further description. Of course, you also have access to the shopping cart from here.

You can use the search field in the navigation to search specifically for articles. Enter either the article number or the product name. Or use the advanced search via the link, which gives you more options for more accurate hit lists.

If you are not sure about your search term, you can also use partial terms and placeholders (wildcards).

If you want to add more products to the shopping cart, just click on the catalogs in the menu again to get back to the assortment. The contents of your shopping cart are retained. If you would like to buy several copies of a specific product, simply increase the number in the input field under "Quantity" in the shopping cart or in the detailed view of the respective product before placing it in the shopping cart.

If you accidentally put a product in your shopping cart, you can easily remove it at any time. Simply click on the recycle bin symbol in the shopping cart for the desired item. This will recalculate the total price and the remaining quantity.

If you have already ordered from us and set up a customer account when placing your order, you can access your personal account via the "myAccount" link. This gives you several advantages. First of all, you can shorten the ordering process by only entering your e-mail address and your password; the address information will be automatically supplemented based on your data known to us. Furthermore, as a customer, you can check your orders at any time via "my account" and also change your personal data. Or it may also be possible to track your orders, e.g. for deliveries with GLS.

No problem. Just click on "Forgot your password" and we will send it to you by email. You can then change the password in your personal menu if you wish.
