New: now with flooding stop, water guard sensor and stainless steel precision shaft.

To protect your machine from accidental flooding, we have come up with something special.

The "flooding stop"

It protects your machine from damage that is often caused by carelessness.
If the nut that holds the water wand in place is tightened only slightly or not at all, your machine may "flood" when you turn on the water supply.

The pressure will cause the wand to shoot up and water will flood the top of your machine.
This can then damage the electronics and ball bearings.

Our "flooding stop" prevents this.

This can be retrofitted for older machines before 03.2022.

The bench drilling machine type TBH Pro II , is a specially developed machine made to drill materials like glass, quartz, ceramics, gemstones of all kinds (except diamonds) as well as hard metals. The drill has a very powerful 220 - 240 V-permanent-magnet-motor and a spindle drive via a tripple pulley with poly-V-bands.

This gives the very important advantage of the almost 6-time torque in the lower speed range (for large drilling diameters). Spindle sleeve- feed for delicate work and a practical drill-depth-display with an adjustable end stop, as well a precisely located drill spindle.

The drill spindle of the machine is drilled through, so the drill can be cooled with the coolant through the spindle.
