Excellent quality diamond tools:

Diamond is the hardest known mineral. Its grinding hardness is even 140 times greater than that of corundum. The hardness of the diamond varies on its individual crystal faces, which makes it possible to process it. We have taken advantage of these properties to produce high-quality diamond tools that are required for a wide variety of applications.

Various types of bonding are used: tools in electrolytic or galvanic bonding or also in metal bonding, synthetic resin and ceramic bonding. All production options are selected for the respective application. In addition to readily available standard products, individual diamond tools are also manufactured according to customer requirements.

Electroplated diamond tools:

•Diamond grit is usually applied in one layer (multiple layers possible)

•high cutting performance

• Can be used in wet and dry grinding

• Diamond or CBN can be used as abrasive grain.

Diamond tools in metal bond:

• Diamond grit is mixed with metal powder in a specific mixing ratio and compacted by heating and high pressure.

• Can be used in wet grinding

• Usable for stone, glass, ceramics and other materials

• Diamond or CBN can be used as abrasive grain.

Tools in plastic binding:

•Similar metal bond, but the diamond grit is embedded in synthetic resin

•soft and calm cut

• Can be used in wet grinding

• Ideally suited for grinding hard metal

• Diamond or CBN can be used as abrasive grain.

Originally from the tool and mechanical engineering sector, we initially only manufactured drilling tools for our own needs.
